We are accepting applications from students seeking a quiet home environment and quick access to the City of Atlanta.  We provide a clear rental agreement that outlines policies that include, but are not limited to: smoke-free rooms, no parties, and no pets allowed. All of our properties are fully furnished, and all utilities (including Wi-Fi internet) are included in the rent.
